Finishing Line Press Reading, 3/27, Off-Site AWP, Portland!

Join us! Finishing Line Press is hosting a reading in Portland during AWP. Come to this Off-Site reading at Black Hat Books on Wednesday night, March 27th, 7 pm. Address: 2831 NE MLK Blvd, about a mile south of AWP. I’ll read from truth be bold—Serenading Life & Death in the Age of AIDS.

Also reading will be: Heidi Seaborn, Douglas Cole, Kristin Berger, Don Colburn, Suzanne Sigafoos, Joseph A Soldati, Dianne Stepp, Judith H Montgomery, Brittney Corrigan, Dawn Marar, Maryann L Miller, JD Smith, Leanne Grabel, and Ellen Ferguson. This is a free event and there will be snacks.

This fantastic press has been publishing superb poets since 1998. They published my first chapbook in 2007. After they started publishing full size manuscripts, they published my second full sized book in 2017! I’m delighted to be part of this vital press.

I’m excited to join AWP this year in Portland, Oregon. AWP is an excellent opportunity to network with writers from across the country. I would love to see you there!
